The latest AAPAF Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on 17 October 2013 at InterContinental Shanghai Puxi and was hosted by the Center for China Shanghai International Arts Festival.

19 of 35 members attended the AGM 2013 and Harbin Summer Music Concert was elected as the new Executive Council Member (EC), along with China Shanghai International Arts Festival, Hong Kong Arts Festival, JakArt, Singapore Arts Festival, OzAsia Festival, Macau Arts Festival / Macau International Music Festival, and Seoul International Dance Festival, who remain as EC and move on to their second term.

In the ECM adjacent to AGM 2013, China Shanghai International Arts Festival was elected as new Chair and Hong Kong Arts Festival as new Vice-Chair.
