The AAPAF Annual General Meeting 2012 will be held from 16-19 October 2012 in Shanghai, China, and hosted by the Center for China Shanghai International Arts Festival.

October 17th - The AAPAF Annual General Meeting 2012 will take place in the afternoon. This is an election year for AAPAF's Executive Council (EC), Chair and Vice-Chair, the voting for the new full members will also be critical. The meeting will enable members to share ideas, discuss the future direction of AAPAF and the possible cooperation among members under the framework of AAPAF. EC members are requested to arrive in time for a pre-AGM lunch meeting.

October 18th - After the AGM, all the members of AAPAF will be invited to attend the events, including the Opening activities of the 14th China Shanghai International Arts Festival (CSIAF) and the Festival Forum: Cultural Diversity and Cross-cultural Cooperation.

October 19th - Opening of the 14th China Shanghai International Performing Arts Fair (ChinaSPAF) & Festival Special Gala 'New stage' for Chinese Young Artists
