Association of Asian Performing Arts Festivals presented executive commission convention in Hangzhou,China last week.

With executives from China Shanghai International Arts Festival, Seoul International Dance Festival, Jakarta International Arts Festival, Hong Kong Arts Festival, Macao Arts Festival & Macao International Music Festival, Tongyeong International Music Festival met by the West lake to talk about the cooperation and communication between festivals in Asia and discussed the application of new members for AAPAF.

New members for the AAPAF, including Harbin Summer Music Concert, China Wuqiao International Circus Festival, China Xinjiang International Folk Dance Festival, International Festival of Intangible Cultural Heritage Chengdu, China, Shandong International Populace Festival , Chongqing Cultural Arts Festival and Melbourne Arts Festival are confirmed to enter the AAPFA as full members.

Furthermore, Edinburgh International Arts Festival, Prague Spring International Music Festival, Bergen International Festival and Adelaide Festival became guest members of AAPAF.
