A General Meeting for full and associate members is held once a year to discuss directions and issues pertaining to AAPAF.

2nd AAPAF Annual General Meeting 2006:

Held in Hong Kong on 7 & 8 June 2006. This took place in conjunction with ISPA's 20th International Congress ( 8 – 11 June 2006 ), as well as the annual conference of the Association of Asia Pacific Performing Arts Centres (AAPPAC) 6-7 June 2006 in Hong Kong.

3rd AAPAF Annual General Meeting 2007:

Held in Shanghai from 17 to 21 October 2007 and hosted by the China Shanghai International Arts Festival (CSIAF). In addition to the Annual Conference, delegate members attended CSIAF’s Opening Ceremony, the CSIAF-organised International Events and Festivals Sponsorship Conference, as well as other arts performances. The AAPAF Executive Council (EC) also convened its 9th meeting.

4th Annual General Meeting of AAPAF 2008:

Held in Jakarta from 1 – 3 August 2008, and hosted by JakArt. During the Meeting, members elected the third term of the Executive Council (2008-2010). In addition to the 4 founding members China Shanghai International Arts Festival (CSIAF), Hong Kong Arts Festival (HKAF), Singapore Arts Festival (SAF) and JakArt, the Executive Council will also comprise the New Vision Arts Festival, Seoul Performing Arts Festival and Tongyeong International Music Festival. The new Executive Council re-elected Ms Goh Ching Lee as AAPAF Chair, as well as Mr Chen Shenglai (CSIAF) and Ms Tisa Ho (HKAF) as AAPAF Vice-Chairs, for their third consecutive term. The SAF will continue to serve as AAPAF Secretariat.

5th Annual General Meeting of AAPAF 2009:

The upcoming Meeting will be held from 19 –  22 October 2009, and co-hosted by the Seoul Performing Arts Festival (SPAF) and the Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture. The Meeting will take place in conjunction with the launch of SPAF 2009.
